2015

Shenyang Huibo Thermal Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. has relocated to the Huibo Equipment Industrial Park in Hunnan District. The address is No. 49-29, Hunnan East Road, Hunnan District (Dongling District), Shenyang City, with a construction area of 32,000 square meters.

2013

Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Science was restructured into a limited liability company and the enterprise was renamed Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Science Co., LTD., which is affiliated to China National Machinery Industry Corporation Limited. The "Huibo" trademark has been awarded the title of "China's Well-known Trademark".

2006

A large domestic production base for bellows compensators for combined electrical apparatus with strong strength and favorable performance-to-price ratio has been completed in Hunnan, located at No. 23, Gaoke Road, Hunnan District. The "Huibo" trademark was awarded the title of Famous Trademark of Shenyang City for the first time.

2003

Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology was renamed Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Science. The "Huibo" brand corrugated pipe series products were awarded the title of Famous brand products by Shenyang City.

2001

Shenyang Huibo Thermal Energy Equipment Co., LTD., established based on the elastic element technology base, was officially registered and established in Shenyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of "Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology", and since then, "Huibo Thermal Energy" has begun to gain a reputation in the domestic elastic element industry.

2000

The new factory building of the "Elastic Technology Industrialization Base" of the research institute located in Hunnan Development Zone has been completed.

1999

According to the relevant documents on the national science and technology system reform, the research institute has been transformed from a public institution to an enterprise. The enterprise name is "Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology" and it has been incorporated into China National Machinery Equipment (Group) Corporation

1998

Register the trademark "Huibo". Meaning: "Gather the essence of The Times and draw on the strengths of many."

1964

The research institute established the Elastic Element Research Laboratory, namely the First Research Laboratory, which is one of the earliest professional research laboratories in China dedicated to the research of elastic elements. The main research directions are the manufacturing technology and process equipment of elastic elements, including the manufacturing technology of bellows tube blanks, bellows forming technology, welding technology, heat treatment and testing technology, etc

1961

The Institute of Instrumentation Technology of the First Ministry of Machinery Industry was established
