Resource Management

Regular specialized training should be provided to personnel in key and special positions, who must pass the assessment and hold relevant certificates before taking up their posts. The Equipment department formulates maintenance and upkeep plans for key equipment and special process equipment, regularly inspects the operational status of the equipment, and promptly repairs any equipment malfunctions. The equipment meets the requirements of product quality control.

Product Realization

The entire process of product realization is subject to inspection and control, ensuring the traceability of the products. The operator conducts operation, inspection and sequence transfer in accordance with the requirements of the process card. Various areas were demarcated in the production site and corresponding signs were set up. Metal bellows have dedicated turnover boxes in each process to ensure that they are identified and protected during each process.

Inspection Test

Product inspection must be carried out strictly in accordance with the process requirements. Products can only be dispatched after 100% meeting the indicators stipulated in the standards and technical agreements.
