In the early years of the People's Republic of China, there was an urgent national demand for the localization of industrial components. In response to this call, the field of metal elastic sealing components actively took action. Against this backdrop, Shenyang Academy of Instrumentation Science Co., Ltd.,was officially established in 1961, formerly known as the Shenyang Instrumentation Technology Research Institute. As the first organization in China dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of bellows, it is recognized as the cradle of China's bellows industry. Over the following decades, the institute selflessly shared its technological achievements with enterprises across the country, significantly contributing to the vigorous growth of China's bellows sector.

During China’s continuous rise and development, Shenyang Academy of Instrumentation Science Co., Ltd.,participated in numerous national key projects, helping various industries achieve world-class standards. As a result, the company’s brand, "Huibo," has earned widespread acclaim and become a benchmark and model in the industry.

First-class Domestic Team: The company boasts a management team of 14 members, a bellows design and R&D team of 30, a quality control team of 27, a production and processing team of 110, an after-sales service team of 10, and a business and marketing team of 22.
