Axial Type Metal Corrugated Expansion Joint
Axial metal bellows expansion joints are mainly used to compensate for the axial displacement of pipelines caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and they are a commonly used type of compensator.
Force-balanced Metal Corrugated Expansion Joint
Straight pipe pressure balanced bellows expansion joints, also known as straight pipe pressure balanced bellows compensators or straight pipe pressure balanced compensators, can compensate for axial displacement in the system. The internal pressure thrust is self-balanced and can be used in high level straight pipelines or large-diameter pipelines where fixed supports are not suitable.
Disc spring type metal corrugated expansion joint
The disc spring type metal bellows expansion joint is composed of structural components such as bellows, flange assemblies and disc spring force compensation devices. It uses the disc spring preload force to balance the blind plate force generated in the pipeline due to the installation of compensators
Hinge-shaped Metal Corrugated Expansion Joint
The hinged type metal bellows expansion joint is composed of a connecting pipe, a bellows pipe and a hinge connected to the connecting pipe. It absorbs angular displacement of the plane. When absorbing displacement, two or three hinged expansion joints should be used in combination. Meanwhile, the hinge has the ability to withstand internal pressure thrust.
Flanged Metal Corrugated Expansion Joint
The flanged metal corrugated expansion joint uses the straight edge section of the corrugated pipe with the pipe opening turned outward to cover the flange sealing surface. When connected with the matching flange, it is sealed with an "O" ring.
Transverse Type Metal Bellows Expansion Joint
The transverse type metal bellows expansion joint is mainly used to compensate for the lateral displacement of the pipeline caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and it is a relatively commonly used structural type.
